We try our hardest to accommodate every request that comes in but sometimes things get mixed up. We appreciate your patience during these times and would like to provide a few guidelines to make sure that your request is met and confirmed with our staff:
1. Please give at least 24 hour notice prior to your requested visit. Anything within a 24-hour time period, we consider urgent and it is best to call in to request your appointment.
2. If you absolutely cannot call-in to request an appointment and you still want to email, it is best that you confirm with us that your request has been received. Sometimes our systems are slow or we can’t check our email as often as we would like so just give us a call and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your needs.
3. For big parties and corporate events, please submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to the desired date.
4. Always try to call in about an hour before your appointment to confirm that we can proceed at the desired time. We know that your time is precious and we definitely don’t want to waste it so giving us call ahead of time allows us to inform you if we’re behind schedule for whatever reason or if you’re appointment is on schedule to happen at the agreed time.
